With reference to an incident that had occurred at a McDonald’s outlet in Seremban recently, we had immediately conducted an internal investigation to address the matter. 

We are able to confirm that the behaviour of the specific restaurant manager was unacceptable and in violation of our McDonald’s policy on diversity and inclusion. Appropriate action will be taken against the individual.

Additionally, McDonald’s Malaysia has reached out to the family of the affected crew member to express our sincere apologies over the incident and to resolve this issue. The said crew member is a valued staff who has been with McDonald’s for four years.
