My teacher who goes by the name , Mrs. Aisyah Umairah Cheong binti Abdullah is a chindian who converted into Islam after marriage. She has been my Kemahiran Hidup teacher who is very talented and versatile. She is fluent in 5 languages which are Bahasa Melayu, English, Tamil, Mandarin and also Cantonese. Her fluency in all this languages enables her students to understand her teachings better. She is mainly and all rounder in school as she is the sports coach for MSSD who is active in sports. She is also the cultural club's head teacher as she is a very well versed zumba and zapin dancer. Moreover , she is keen in gardening as she built a green house using recyclable materials and has planted variety of vegetables. These cultivated vegetables is a source of income for our school . Next , she is an artistic person who loves to draw and paint. She has painted some murals and doodles at the Kemahiran Hidup workshop. The money that is earned from selling those cultivated vegetables are used to beautify the school. This helps to maintain the beauty of the school and make it more presentable. Following, one trait that I love about her is that she is good at giving advices and understanding her pupils well. She has transformed into a counselor as students themselves love looking for her to share their problems since she's able to communicate in many languages and also give them advices. She is also a discipline teacher who is very strict when it comes to pupil's attitude and their appearance when coming to school. She also conducts spotchecks regularly to make sure students stay disciplined. Although she looks fierce when it comes to discipline she is loved by many for her jovial and outgoing type. She remains as one of the most sporting teachers in our school. As a technical teacher , she has played the role of an interior designer as she is very creative in beautifying the school and the Kemahiran Hidup workshops. I have known Mrs. Aisyah for 5 years now and I still go talk to her regularly even if she doesn't teach me any subjects now. She remains as my favourite teacher till date as I am thankful for her being there for us always and continue staying supportive. She has gained a special spot in our hearts especially among Indians . I nominate her for being the best teacher in my life that has remained inspiring and continue to do so as she is very much deserving to be an inspiring soul that is still etched in our hearts.
