My name is Wong Zi San and I'm from SMK USJ 8, I'm bad in expressing my thoughts because my English is not that good, I hope everyone can understand me and forgive me if I made any grammar mistakes. Last year when I was in form 4, I took pure science and unfortunately our school is lack of biology teacher because one of the biology teacher transferred to another school which makes me felt worried about who will be my biology teacher. Out of the blue, my biology teacher is a normal science teacher, she have no experience in teaching biology. So, I lost interest in biology as I don't understand what is the teacher teaching. Hence, I failed my first term and mid-term exam. On last year's June, after my mid-term exam, I saw one male teacher looks unfamiliar when having assembly and I knew he is a new teacher transferred from other school and he is the teacher I'm nominating today, Mr. Cornelius. Mr Cornelius as known as Mr C, have a big tummy and round face with a smart spectacles. I still remember on that day after the assembly, first period was biology and my class cannot believe that he came in. The whole class was very happy as we finally can have a highly qualified biology teacher. He also said that he took the pure biology course when he was in college and this makes me gain trust on him. That day, I'm in seven heaven as I trust this teacher can help me in my future exam. Mr. C, the best teacher I had ever in my life. His class is interesting, funny and impossible boring. He pushes students in biology very much but I never feels tired and never complain about him. He is a teacher that will give advise to students and always wants student to give him full attention when biology class. Undeniable, he loves to show off, in a funny way probably. But this makes our class more interesting as the students will keep asking about educational information. I once thought about dropping my biology subject and changed from science stream to art stream, until Mr C came, he makes me gain interest in biology and I trusted him that he can help me improve my biology. Not to conceal, I improved in my finals, this time I got a C and I cried. Mr. C said that I'm beyond his expectation as my mid-term exam biology result is really poor, which is just 27%. From 27% to 52%, I'm really thankful to have you, Mr C. Although Mr. C always tease me in class and look down on me but this makes me boost and tried hard in biology, I always tell myself not to disappoint Mr. C instead making him proud. Now, I feel very interesting in biology and I will not give up on this subject. Mr. C, a dedicating teacher, will not come late when biology class. Although he have meeting, he will prioritise student's academic more than meeting. He some more have school paper works need to do as he is the 'ketua panitia biology'. Even so, he never absent to class, even if he absent he will give us work to do. Moreover, he treat us like his friend and we felt very comfortable talking with him. Mr. C, a highly experienced biology teacher is leaving my school as he cannot withstand my school system, it's too heavy and stress for him. I feel touched and nearly cry when I knew the news from other teacher that, he sacrificed his time for students and got scolded by school administrator due to coming late to meeting. My class, 5Setia is the class he teaches from the first day he came to school until now, I hardly express my feelings as a student. Luckily, Mc Donald's gave me this opportunity to write out my inspirational story about my teacher, I hope this reward will be the gift to Mr. C before he leave. Thank you.
