McDelivery FAQ

McDelivery is now 100% online. Here we answer all the questions you may have to help you fully enjoy and utilize our McDelivery service. The 1300-13-1300 hotline has been discontinued from 1st July 2016 onwards. If there are questions that you may have and are not covered below, submit your query here.

Step by step guide to register your account:


STEP 1:

Click the "I’m a new customer. - ENTER DELIVERY ADDRESS" button on the main of the landing page.

 

STEP 2:

Fill in your address and click "Next" to proceed.
Fill in your address by selecting your State, and street name by using the dropdown box available.

 

STEP 3:

Select the most accurate full address to proceed.

STEP 4:

Confirm your delivery address 
If your address is still not listed in the results, it may be outside our delivery zone. Please call 1300-13-1300 for further assistance.

STEP 5:

Continue to fill up your details and click on 'Create Account'.

STEP 6:

Check your email for activation code.

STEP 7:

You may now proceed to place your order.



FAQ

  1. McDonald's does deliver to my area but my address is not found in the search results. What should I do?
    We are constantly updating our mapping system to include all the addresses covered within each restaurant's delivery radius. Please write to us via our Just Tell Us section at Just Tell Us. with your NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, and FULL ADDRESS so we can update your details into our system. In the meantime, you may call 1300-13-1300 for further assistance  

  2. Is McDelivery available all across Malaysia?
    We are constantly striving to offer the best service to our customers. Currently, 40% of our restaurants offer McDelivery. You can check our corporate website, Locate Us to find out if we deliver in your area.

  3. How do I reset my password if I have lost or forgotten it?
    If you forget your password, that's OK! Just click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the Sign In page and follow the instructions. An email containing your new password will then be sent to your registered email. Please check your "Spam" folder or "Junk email" folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.

  4. What if I did not receive my activation email?
    You may request again by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" tab.

  5. Do you offer the same menu options for McDelivery as in the restaurants?
    Except for some items that are inappropriate for delivery, most of our menu is available. You can check our McDelivery menu by clicking on the "Menu" tab on this page.

  6. Can I order McValue Lunch and McValue Dinner through McDelivery?
    No, we do not offer McValue Lunch and McValue Dinner through McDelivery. However, do visit our restaurants from 12pm to 3pm daily for our McValue Lunch or from 6pm to 9pm daily for our McValue Dinner meals.

  7. How much is the minimum order requirement for McDelivery?
    Our current minimum delivery order is RM18 excluding delivery charges and goods and services GST.

  8. Is McDelivery available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week?
    McDelivery is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week at selected areas. Please refer to our delivery coverage list on this site for more information.

  9. How much time does it take for McDelivery to arrive after ordering?
    Please be assured that we aim to deliver our service as fast as we can to meet your needs. Click on the "Delivery Status" tab to check on the approximate time of delivery.

  10. Do you accept McDonald's Gift Certificates through McDelivery?
    Yes, McDonald's Gift Certificates are valid through McDelivery.

  11. Do you accept McDonald's Be Our Guest cards through McDelivery?
    No we do not accept Be Our Guest cards via McDelivery.

  12. Do you offer discount cards?
    We do not provide discount cards but McDonald's offers great value-for-money deals for the satisfaction of our customers. 

  13. How can I use a promotional coupon?
    We are unable to honor any promotional coupons through McDelivery. Promotional coupons may be redeemed at our McDonald's restaurants as stated in the Terms & Conditions.

  14. Can I make changes after I've made my order or can I cancel my order?
    Yes, you may make changes or cancel the order by calling 1300-13-1300, provided that the items have not left the restaurant. Please click on the "Track Order" tab to check on the status of your orders.

  15. Is there a limitation to McDelivery orders?
    For large orders exceeding RM120, the estimated delivery time is within 2 hours. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we would appreciate it if large orders could be made in advance.

  16. What is Order in Advance?
    If you would like to place a future order for the current day, you can choose any time as long as the time you enter is during restaurant hours of operation and at least 2 hours later than the current time. We also accept orders for future dates! If you would like to place an order for a different day, you can do so up to 2 days in advance. You will receive an email confirmation when you submit the order. Please check your "Spam" folder or "Junk email" folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.

  17. What payment options are available through Web Ordering?
    We accept cash or McDonald's Gift Certificates upon delivery.

  18. How will I know when the restaurant received my Internet Order?
    Once you submit your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. Please check your "Spam" folder or "Junk email" folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out. And if you're still unsure about your order, you can always call 1300-13-1300 to check on your order.

  19. Where can I change my account info?
    Once you've signed in to the site with your username and password, select "My Account" from the top menu. You can change your account information there.

  20. If different members of my family order McDonald's online, can we all use the same account?
    Yes, you may share the same account. However, for convenience and security, it is recommended that each member register a new account. Remember, it's free!

  21. What do I do if my order arrived with missing items?
    Please call 1300-13-1300 and inform our customer service personnel. We will then arrange for the items to be delivered to you.

  22. Why did you revise your delivery charge?
    Effective 1st March 2017, our delivery charge is RM4.25 (inclusive of GST). This revision is due to the increase in operating costs. Nevertheless, rest assured that we remain committed towards providing great value and conveniences to our customers.
