Responsibilities:
Managing operations and achieving business results of a single restaurant through the integration of People, Equipment and Products.
Delivering the highest standards of Quality, Service & Cleanliness to our customers.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
3 years supervisory role in the QSR/Hospitality/Service Industry.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Pleasant, outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to display initiative at work, perform multitasking and prioritize tasks well.
Good time management and organization skills.
Prepared to work in shifts and on weekends

Trainee Floor Managers

Responsibilities:
To assist the restaurant manager manage the operations, staff and business results of a single McDonald's restaurant
To supervise people and manage the restaurant during designated time periods to achieve the following results:
Total customer satisfaction Motivated and productive staff
Sales growth Appropriate and fair business practices
Optimum profit Self-development
To manage customer complaints
To train people on crew stations
To complete assigned daily paperwork, including inventories, cash sheets, drawer counts and deposits

Requirements:
Degree, Diploma in any discipline
Ability to converse in Bahasa Melayu and English
Pleasant, outgoing personality with good communication skills and ability to work independently
Possess good interpersonal skills and good organisational ability
Able to work shifts and weekends
