Senior Manager - Information System
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and direction in the development of short and long range IS plans.
Keeps track and creates awareness of technology developments locally and internationally. 
Oversees the implementation of project plan, system maintenance and system enhancements. 
Collaborates with key customers and vendors to ensure expectations are in-line with system goals.
Manages costs and resource allocation to maintain overall project budget. 
Supervises and manages staff performance and development for direct reports. 

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any IT field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Information Technology.
Good knowledge in systems hardware, software, network and project management.
Sound technical knowledge in database management, network security, programming skills.
Knowledge of POS and retail operating system is an added advantage.
Possesses critical thinking and people management capability.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and strong writing skills.

Asset Management Officer
Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned portfolio of restaurant leases (lease and rental negotiations, renewal & extension of tenancy, tenancy rewrites, financial implications & recommendations on remodels, refresh, closing analysis, relocations, expansions)
Manage a portfolio of kiosk leases and excess properties.
Maintain and update Restaurants Fact Sheets, Kiosks Fact Sheets and Excess Property Fact Sheets.
Ability to anticipate, enforce or resolve the lease rights of restaurants exceeding one year in operation.

Requirements:
Degree in Business or Finance or Estate Management or Property Management.
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in property management or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in teams.
Legal understanding is an added advantage.

Legal Executive
Responsibilities:
Vetting, drafting and providing legal advice on documentation of commercial transactions entered into by the Company.
Attending to advisory work in relation to legal issues and queries from various departments within the Company. Should be able to handle queries with minimum supervision.
Liase with external solicitors.

Requirements:
Possess LL.B (Hons) with a minimum of second class lower.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
Able to manage time and set priorities.
Possess an analytical mind with sharp eye for detail.
A team player with good communication skills and able to deliver opinion effectively.

Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
Responsible for carrying out all duties associated with accounting.
Prepares and ensures that all financial reports and reconciliation are submitted timely.
Conducts restaurant cash audits.

Requirements:
Possess Degree in Finance / Accounting or part professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
Responsible, committed and proactive with good interpersonal skills.
An effective team player that is able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Processing of invoices.
Bank Reconciliation.
Responsible for payroll processes and employee records.
Conducts restaurant payroll audits to ensure compliance with laws, Company Policies and Employee Practices.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
LCCI Intermediate.
