Customer Service Agent (Full-Time and Part-Time)
(Based in Kuala Lumpur, near KLCC)
Responsibilities:
Attend to incoming calls such as order-taking calls, general enquiries, and customer feedbacks.
To undertake any other assignments given by the Team Leader/ Supervisor/ Dept Head as and when the need arises

Requirements:
Minimum SPM with basic Microsoft knowledge.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work on rotating shift & work as a team.
