Training

We are dedicated to giving our customers the best and to do so, we first have to provide the best training possible for all our employees.

Training, in fact, begins on the very first day at work. Having fulfilled certain criteria and years of working at McDonald's Malaysia, employees with potential to manage restaurants will be sent to Hamburger University to attend courses that will help prepare them further in restaurant and business management.
