Company Activities

McDonald's Malaysia has more than 7,000 employees. And there's absolutely no way we could all get together in one single event. So we make up by having various activities that bring groups of McDonald's staff together every now and then.

Among the most recent and largest events staged to foster closer ties between management and crew were the series of crew parties held in May and June 2007 in various states of the country. The parties, held in view of our 25th Anniversary celebrations, were an avenue for employees from the same area to get to know one another and have a good time. Other similar rallies on smaller scales were also held in the past.

We also hold short holiday trips, family days, treasure hunts and other fun activities to boost the morale of our people.

In short, we are one big happy family here at McDonald's Malaysia!
