Employee Awards

We believe in rewarding our employees for their dedication, loyalty and hard work.

For long-serving employees - those who have been with the company for at least five years - they will be honoured with special service awards.

Each year, we confer the 5th Year, 10th Year, 15th Year and 20th Year Service Awards on our employees. Recipients of the 20th Year Service Award receive RM5,000 cash, McDonald's stock options, a certificate and a second sabbatical leave.

Every year, we also grant the President's Award to one special employee and salute two employees who have shown total dedication and commitment in their work during the year with the Best Employee Award.

On top of that, we regularly send top performers on exclusive trips abroad as our way of saying "thank you" and "well done"".
